I'm here to guide women leaving rigid religion or chaotic spirituality into embodied sovereign intuitioand performative spirituality.
A grounded, mystical path home to your own wisdom and a truer, gentler connection to God, spirit, the divine - one that belongs to YOU not any system.
I help you find your clear intuition and guide your body to become a santuary so your relationship with God, the divine becomes real again or for the first time!
You are here because youve walked a path of extremes. For many years, you lived inside a rigid religious system - where intuition was feared, eotions were suppressed, and your relationship with God, the divine, the Holy one was filtered through doctrine, leaders or shame

You found yourself on the opposite extreme - a spiritual world full of chaos, bypassing, and performative ritual, where intuition was confused with authority, and "energy work" sometimes left you feeling more ungrounded than empowered.
Some of you have lived both.
And somewhere in that journey,
You lost touch with your own voice,
your own wisdom
your own body,
your own connection with the sacred.

My Approach: A Path Between Worlds
There is no program to follow here. No belief system to adopt. No teacher to submit to. No "one right way" to connect with yourself or the divine. My work is about helping you hear yourself again. I walk beside you. I create a space where your body feels safe, your intuition becomes trustworthy, and your connection with God, spirit, the divine can open in its own unique way. I do NOT tell you what to think, do, or believe. Instead I help you come back to your body, reclaim your inner authority, reconnect with the Sacred in a way that is yours and to ground your intuition and feel your own wisdom. Your pace, truth and journey are all honored. Your body holds truth your mind has been taught to override and we awaken that truth gently and safely. This is the path between worlds. Grounded but mystical, spiritual but embodied, intuitive but discerning. A path where you come home to yourself and to the sacred presense that has been waiting for you all along.
How I Can Support You
My work is not a program of method you must follow! It is a personal, intuitive, body based journey into your deepest truth. I offer guidance for women who are ready to: reconnect with their intuition in grounded safe way. Rebuild trust with their body after years of overriding it. Develop their own relationship with God, the Divine, the Sacred. Heal from rigid religon or chaotic spirituality. Release the fear of "getting it wrong". Learn emotional sovereignty. Regulate their nervous system while accessing intuitive clarity. STOP outsourcing their wisdom to leaders, partners, or system. Your journey with me is not about adopting my beliefs but about awakening your own inner knowing! I offer guidance through body wisdom guidance, intuitive clarity guidance, emotion sovereignty guidance...My body is the instrument of my work. My lived experience is the curriculum and My presence is my offering. I am a guide not a teacher. My gifts are guiding you to your own clarity and your own beautiful unique path!
